Pricing and Payment
All fees are clearly stated on the Site. Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or other methods indicated at checkout. Fees are due in advance of service delivery or shipment of goods.
Refund Policy
We maintain a differentiated refund policy based on the type of offering. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Legal Consultancy Services
If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment, you may choose a full refund or credit toward future services valid for six months. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for refund due to reserved time and preparatory work.
Informational Products
You may request a refund for digital products within seven days of purchase, provided you have not fully accessed or downloaded the content. After the seven-day period or full access, no refund is available.
Physical Goods
Unused goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund. Personalized or opened items are not eligible unless defective.
Service Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Late rescheduling requests may incur additional fees to cover resource allocation.
Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Corvian’s total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or product.
